PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA; December 14, 2015 - ITEM Media, a digital media company, announced today that Kenneth Wyatt has joined the company as Senior Technical Editor for their Interference Technology® division. In this newly created role, Kenneth will utilize his industry expertise to create and organize content that is focused on EMI (electromagnetic interference) and EMC (electromagnetic compatibility).
Kenneth holds degrees in biology and electronic engineering and has worked as a product development engineer for 10 years for various aerospace firms on projects ranging from DC-DC power converters to RF and microwave systems for shipboard and space platforms. For over 20 years, he worked as a senior EMC engineer for Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies in Colorado Springs where he provided comprehensive EMC design and troubleshooting services. During that time, he developed and provided advanced EMC training and corporate leadership for EMC.

A prolific author and presenter, Kenneth is not one to sit still. He recently coauthored the book with Patrick André, “EMI Troubleshooting Cookbook for Product Designers” and has been published in numerous industry magazines. As EMI troubleshooting is his specialty, he also co-authored the popular “EMC Pocket Guide” and manages the “EMC Troubleshooter’s” group on LinkedIn. He is also a senior member of the IEEE and a long time member of the EMC Society. His comprehensive, yet practical, EMC design, measurement and troubleshooting seminars have been presented across the U.S., Europe and Asia.
